Established in 2015.
Mozzarella Fellas opened its doors on April 7, 2016. Darrell Coltrane and Brian Ricciardi chose 336 Summit Square Blvd in North Winston Salem as home for their culinary venture. With a clear vision on creating a comfortable dining space, and fresh quality Italian fare that gives the feel of grandmas kitchen.
Coltrane and Ricciardi joined forces 8 years prior and worked their way up the ranks in a 14 unit family owned pizzeria chain. After countless nights speaking of branching off and creating their own brand, opportunity presented itself. Together they founded Mozzarella Fellas- a restaurant that would embody their experiences, traditions, and passion for food. Each menu item would be served using only the freshest ingredients and attention to detail.
