With over 20 smoothie flavors--all LOADED with vitamins, minerals & nutrients rather than sugars & carbohydrates- We are on a mission to change the nutritional habits of our community, 1 smoothie at a time! These are designed as a fast breakfast, lunch or snack option when you're on the go!

Paired with our smoothie is a glass of our energy boosting tea to give you a pep in your step without the sugar or caffeine crash from other "energy" drinks!

We also go one step further and offer nutritional coaching, meal plans, weekly weigh ins and accountability for anyone who wants to take their health a step further!
