ΤΟ ΚΥΠΡΙΑΚΟΝ δημιουργήθηκε μέσα από την επιθυμία μας να τιμήσουμε την παράδοση της Κυπριακής κουζίνας, αντλώντας γεύσεις από το χθες και ταξιδεύοντας τις στο σήμερα.
Με σεβασμό στις αυθεντικές συνταγές και στα αγνά παραδοσιακά υλικά φτιάξαμε καινούργιες γαστρονομικές προτάσεις εξελίσσοντας τις γεύσεις και χρησιμοποιώντας σύγχρονες μεθόδους μαγειρέματος.
