We smoke our meat low and slow on an all wood smoker, no gas or propane and no shortcuts allowed here. Texas style brisket, ribs, chicken and pulled pork.

Open for lunch and dinner. We have great barbeque, plus salads, sandwiches, small and large combos, and WE CATER!
Dine in, sit outside on the patio, or take it to go. Hot Rod Nights happen the 2nd and 4th THURSDAY of each month; come see all the really cool rods here!
