Kara Joyce Creative Catering was founded by 2 culinary students from Liaison College Barrie Campus.

Kara and Josie were a classmate. During school we quickly realized that we share the same dream and passion. Our passion is food and our dream is to have our own business in the culinary world.

And now we have entered our new phase. Kara Joyce Creative Catering has come together with Black River Food CO. Kara Joyce Creative Catering is going to be running the second food truck for Black River Food CO. Offering game meat such as Bison Burger, Venison sausage and pulled pork sandwich. We will station in Gravenhurst in the parking lot of newly opened Saw Dust City Brewery.

What started of with a small jobs here and there, catering to small private parties. We have gained some experience and confidence to start our very own catering company which serves Barrie Orillia and Muskoka areas.

With our background Kara is Thai and Josie is Filipino. We are mainly focus on fusion cuisine. If you are looking to throw a party and serving trendy fusion food for your guests and make your party the talk of the town. Please give us a call.
