Grill’D Cheese 2 Pls is a food vending business that is selling “Build your own” grilled cheese sandwiches. The food cart is set up with a trio of breads (ex: White, Rye, Multi-grain bread), a trio of meats (Pulled Pork, Seasoned Chicken, Bacon) and a trio of cheeses (ex: Marble, Jalapeno Colby, Lemon Pepper Dill Mozzarella). The food vending cart also offers the customer a selection of tasty sauces such as Chipotle Mayo, Ranch, Ketchup, that can be added into their sandwich or used simply as a dip. The customer builds their own grilled cheese sandwich according to their own likes and preferences, also ingredients being offered to the customer will be updated as customer favorites become known. Grill’D Cheese 2 Pls tries to stay on top of offering the customer new and tasty ingredients so that the combinations are endless, making every sandwich unique yet familiar enough to bring you back to a time when you were a kid and your mom served you her delicious “specially made for you” grilled cheese sandwiches.

Partial Proceeds from every sandwich sold will also be used to purchase yellow umbrellas for our non- profit: Under my Umbrella in memory of Jeff Coulas :)
