Faktorshúsið býður upp á sitt lítið af hverju í mat og drykk, sumt heilsusamlegt, sumt vestfirskt, sumt hollt fyrir sálina og annað fyrir kroppinn – og stundum allt þetta í bland. Matseðillinn samanstendur af ýmsum smáréttum, heitum grænmetisrétti, súpu og salötum. Við notum ávallt fyrsta flokks lífrænt hráefni ef til þess næst og vestfirskt þegar við á. Kokkar og matarhönnuðir Faktorshússins eru hulduher fólks á ýmsum aldri með ólíkan reynsluheim, en öll eiga þau sameiginlegt að unna því sem vestfirsk náttúra og menning hefur uppá að bjóða.

Moderately healthy - in small portions
Faktorshúsið offers a little bit of everything in food and wine, some healthy, some local, some good for the soul and some for the flesh – and sometimes all this combined. The Menu consists of small courses of meat or fish, warm vegetarian dishes, soups and salads. Our raw material is organic when possible and local when appropriate. The cooks and food-designers of Faktorshúsið are ´huldufólk´ (hidden people and elves) of various ages, with different experiences, but they all have in common a great passion for what Westfjords´ culture and nature have to offer.
