Evansville Restaurant Week dates are set for 2017 - Save the date!

One-night only VIP Kickoff dinner - Sunday, Sept 10th, 2017 - Tickets available on the event website beginning Aug 10th 2017 at 8am!

Restaurant Week - Monday, September 11th through Sunday, September 24th, 2017.

A portion of the proceeds from the VIP event will benefit Evansville Christian Life Center and It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue.

From our 2016 Event!

Evansville Restaurant Week will celebrate and champion our local restaurants and chefs; to allow them the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills and talents; and to increase public awareness of the many dining opportunities that our area offers.

We want to make Evansville a culinary destination, with the result being an increase in the visibility of and revenue for our local restaurateurs. It will be the biggest cooperative culinary celebration that Evansville has ever experienced.

For 2016 the 1st Annual Evansville Restaurant Week will begin on Monday, September 12th and end Sunday, September 18th. A special kickoff event will be held on Sunday, September 11th with an official ribbon cutting by Mayor Lloyd Winnecke and include around 150 VIP's. A portion of the proceeds benefit 911 Gives Hope, Tri-State Food Bank and It Takes A Village.

VIP KICKOFF EVENT: For the first time ever, 7 experienced, highly regarded and local culinary chefs will team up for one night, in one kitchen to bring you a night that every foodie craves at our official VIP kickoff event at Walton's International Comfort Food, located at 956 Parrett St in Haynie's Corner District. This will all take place on Sunday, September 11th, 2016 from 6-10pm.

The culinary chefs teaming up for this special night are Tim Mills with Madeleines Fusion Restaurant and Walton's International Comfort Food, Jayson Munoz with Kanpai and Commonwealth Kitchen & Bar, Douglas Rennie with Just Rennie's Catering & Cookie Co., Raffi Manna with Raffi's Oasis Cafe, Scott Schymik with Sauced, Wanphen Mcdonald (Thai influenced) with Pangea Kitchen, and Doros Hadjisavva with Acropolis Restaurant and Catering

Ticket sales will be extremely limited to the first 150 guests and the dinner will include 6-7 courses with a complimentary glass of wine, giveaways and special event memorabilia for every attending guest. Tickets are $125 per person.

Tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, July 29th, 2016 at 7am. Save the date and return to our site for purchase link as these tickets will not last! The purchase link will be made public as soon as we get to the sale date.

RESTAURANT WEEK: Participating restaurants will offer local and regional food lovers special prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus that will only be available during the event week.

Evansville Restaurant Week is brought to you and hosted by Joe Notter and Randall Notter with EvansvilleEvents.com, and Brian Buxton, local foor and dining journalist and restaurant advocate.

Registration and payments must be received by July 31st, 2016.

If you’re a local restaurant owner/manager and want to participate, a link to a registration form is below to begin the process. A modest fee covers promotion, restaurant website listing and downloadable prix fixe menu. (Note: Restaurants may opt for a special discount rather than prix fixe.) Signage is also provided to display letting customers know of the upcoming event.
