E&J restaurant and bar is going to be a unique fun and family friendly atmosphere that will offer a wide variety of great cuisine that can be ordered as a regular dish or can be altered to fit an allergy free version. The inspiration for this has come from not only my love for cooking but from our little one James who has many detrimental allergies to gluten and eggs to the point we almost lost our little boy. We will have a wide variety of items from pastas and steaks and burgers all to deserts that can be ordered this way. we will also have 2 parts of the kitchen to prevent any and all cross contamination that can cause allergic reaction as well. The bar which will be run by my husband who is a Marine Corps Veteran of almost 29 years will be catering to those who are and have served our country. We will strive to do everything we can to give our customers and community and incredible place to dine and one in which people of all ages can have fun while they are at it.
