Cowfish Hampton Bays

Cowfish is a celebration for the love of food and the world we live in, brought together with amazing views and harmony of the land and sea.

Our menu is crafted with the freshest local ingredients, with a focus on seafood, steaks, and rotisserie meats that will leave you with a lasting impression! Our menu features favorites like our succulent ribeye or buffalo shrimp. Our rotisserie chicken is roasted in house, ensuring only the best flavor with each bite.

Perfect for the whole family, we’re a great destination spot for celebrations or events. With our spectacular views, a kids play area, and a large outdoor bar that overlooks the peaceful canal, everyone can come and relax at Cowfish. Recently, we’ve added in our fantastic weekend brunch on Saturday and Sundays in addition to our lunch menu. With full catering available, we’re the perfect host for weddings, parties, or any type of get together!

For the best of the wild ocean to the savory tastes of the land, come join us for your next bite at Cowfish.

We are currently accepting limited phone and online reservations for any size party, seven days a week. Walk-ins are always welcome.
