Chow Mixed Grill and BBQ was created by the team from Serrano Brothers Catering. Head Catering Chef and Owner, Marco Serrano , started Serrano Brothers 5 years ago with the mission to bring multicultural, fresh, scratch dishes made from local, natural ingredients. He found on his journey over time that people were ready for a culinary change and the idea for Chow was born.
Teaming up with restaurant veteran Micheal DeMarco together they embarked on a mission. Their mission is still the same, to bring new flavors and dishes all derived from locally sourced ,fresh and natural ingredients. This elevated culinary menu will offer dishes such as BBQ, fresh pasta, locally farmed beef and old world wood fired pizza with a casual fine dining twist.
