Boone's has been around the Springfield scene for generations. A hub in the outskirts of downtown, we've played host to many legislative folk throughout the years, since we are just a block away from the Capitol.
Now owned by Steve Luparell since 2012, Boone's still has the same character but with an incredible beer garden, a featured granite bar and a menu that has lunches second to none and now offering nightly dinner plate specials, even a breakfast on weekends starting at 8am.
Perfect for private parties in our dining room or beer garden, Boone's Saloon has a full catering menu from swedish meatballs to a bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp.
