We are located in the midst of downtown Norman (Arts District) near the intersection of Peters and Main St. Bison Witches Bar and Deli - Norman was established in the Fall of 1997. Occupying 2200 sq. ft. at 211 E. Main St., Bison Witches is a small neighborhood hangout that features gourmet deli sandwiches, bread bowl soups, salads, appetizers, and a full service bar with tableside service.
Three other Bison Witches have opened over the years in Tucson, Arizona, Lincoln, Nebraska, and more recently in Tempe, Arizona. Our sister store in Lawrence, Kansas operating as Quinton's Bar and Deli is the original location from which Bison Witches was crafted from. Each location has the same small bar feel with great food, a fun atmosphere and a wait staff you'll want to take home with you;)
