Deseamos a todo Ser, incluyendo animales, plantas, humans, piedra, etc., o sea el universo entero, una existencia feliz y plena. Por eso ofrecemos alimentos y bebidas vegetarianos y ecolόgicos, elaborados frescos, si posible hecho con ingredientes procedentes del proprio huerto, de lo más cercano posible o de comercio justo (p.ej. Café, Te, etc). Todos los ingredientes que no ofrece nuestra huerta, p.e. harina, aceite, leche, café, azúcar… lo traemos en la espalda para Ustedes hasta aquí.
Interesante: Desde 1980 amo esta isla y desde 1993 vivo y trabajo aquí en este trocito de tierra tan bello. Estoy muy feliz aquí. En enero 2004 abrí el Café Finca Aloe. Me gusta compartir el sitio (comida y estancia por colaboración). Me alegra mucho vuestra visita. La cercanía del mar nos garantiza un clima equilibrado y calido durante todo el año (15° - 25°). El equipo solar y viento nos proporciona corriente eléctrica para lavadora y nevera de bajo consumo y algunos otros aparatos. Para agua caliente, cocinar y hornear usamos el sol, gas o leña.

Wir wünschen lhnen, und dem ganzen Universum, also dem ganzen Sein samt aller Lebewesen, ob Tier oder Pflanze, Stein oder Mensch ein glückliches und erülltes Dasein. Deshalb bieten wir vegetarisch-biologische Kost und Getränke an, laufend frisch zubereitet, wenn möglich aus Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten oder von so nah wie möglich, oder aus fairem Handel (Kaffee, Tee, etc). Alle Zutaten, die unser Garten nicht liefert, wie z.B. Mehl, Öl, Milch, Kaffee, Zucker… tragen wir auf dem Rücken für Sie hierher.
Interessantes: Seit 1980 bin ich in die Insel verliebt. Seit 1993 lebe und arbeite ich hier sehr gerne an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Das Café gibt es seit 2004. Gerne teile ich diesen Platz mit Anderen (Kost u.Logie gegen Mitarbeit). Ihr Besuch erfreut mich sehr. Die Nähe zum Meer sorgt für ein mildes Klima (15° - 25° Grad). Die Solarzellen und der Windgenerator liefern Strom für die Energiesparwaschmaschine, den Kühlschrank und andere Geräte. Energie für heisses Wasser, Kochen oder Backen beziehen wir von Sonne, Holz oder Gas.

We wish you, together with all Beings including animals, plants, humans, stones, etc.,
a happy and fulfilling existence. To this end we offer organic, vegetarian and vegan food and drinks, freshly prepared and wherever possible, produced in our own garden or as near as possible, with Fair Trade ingredients (e.g. coffee, tea, etc.) All the ingredients that don´t come from our garden (e.g. flour, oil, milk, coffee, sugar…) we carry on our backs to the café especially for you.
For general interest: I have loved this Island since 1980 and form 1993 I have lived and worked here very happily in this beautiful piece of land. In January 2004 I opened Café Finca Aloe, and I love to share the place with people in exchange (for food and accomodation on collaboration). Your visit gives me great joy. The sea nearby offers us a pleasant climate all year around (15° - 25°C). The solar and wind installation provide us with electricity for the washing machine, the low-consumption fridge plus a few other instruments. For kitchen and bathroom we use sun, gas or wood.
