A Takanori® é um restaurante inspirado na culinária japonesa e o inventor da exclusiva Barquinha Japonesa (PAT REQ). Composta por base de massa assada com recheios principais como salmão fresco e arroz, a Barquinha Takanori, deve ser consumida imediatamente após o preparo, trazendo um sabor inigualável com "casquinha" crocante e o recheio bem fresquinho.

O nome Takanori® é uma homenagem ao criador do temaki, Takamasa ("Taka") Nakanori ("Nori"). O rolinho, feito com algas, arroz e peixe, foi criado em 1971 no Japão. A intenção foi atrair os jovens para a tradicional comida japonesa, como algo rápido, barato, gostoso e saudável.

A culinária japonesa no Brasil é diferente da culinária no Japão. Apesar das diferenças culturais e costumes locais, o Japão conquistou milhares de admiradores no mundo todo.

The Takanori is a restaurant inspired by the Japanese culinary and also the creator of the exclusive Japanese shell (barquinha japonesa) which is made of a baked batter filled especially with fresh salmon and Japanese rice. The Takanori shell , should be eaten immediately, right after it is prepared, bringing an unequalled flavor with the fresh baked shell and the fresh filling.

The name takanori is in honor to the “Temaki” creator Takamasa (“Taka”) Nakonori (“Nori”). The cone, made of seaweed, Japanese rice and fish which was created in 1971 in Japan. The intention of the creator was to attract the young people to the traditional Japanese food with something not only faster to be prepared but also tastier, healthier and at low cost.
The Japanese culinary in Brazil is little bit different from the Japanese culinary in Japan. Besides the cultural differences and the cultural habits, japan has won thousands of admires all over the world.
