Established in 2010
The Ottoborgo family has been deeply immersed within the culinary arts for 3 generations with a business in the late 70's, Berthoud Falls Inn. The family then went on to open another restaurant in Dillon in 1988 aptly named Restaurante al Lago. The Ottoborgo family remained with Restaurante al Lago until 2000 where upon the business was leased to another group. The Ottoborgo family is proud to bring you a new and unique Family style Restaurant bringing you Northern Italian cuisine. The new Restaurant is located in the same location as Restaurante al Lago but is now Adriano's Bistro & Deli. It has been open since December 21st 2010 and has many hopefull plans for the future of the business including our newly built Traditional Italian Pizza Oven which uses only Mesquite Wood to bring a unique Flavor to our delicious Pizzas.
