From French style cooking to Texas barbecue, you can explore a world of cuisines and disciplines. Learn the fundamentals skills for a lifetime of great cooking. Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish. Take home a packet containing class recipes, a list of equipment used, helpful notes and more.
