FAR from just a rum bar, we bring a new concept never before seen in Swansea. From a range of 50 different rums to expert cocktails, the finest DJ's of South Wales and an all round enjoyable experience, Fancy a rum will be opening by the end of March/beginning of April, actual date will be announced in the next 2 weeks. Forte's Ice Cream Parlour is a golden gem of Mumbles. The business first set up in The Mumbles in 1936 by the Macari family which i am pleased to say is still own by the Macari family 4 generations down the line. It's famous for its homemade ice cream which is also the recipe from 1936 which as i am sure most people will agree is absolutely mouth watering. Forte's had a few Cafe's in The Mumbles, most people remember the Cafe in Oystermouth Square and the one opposite the Tivoli but sadly only one remains now which is located right at the end of the Mumbles Road overlooking Limeslade Bay.
