Specializing in smoked brisket, pulled pork and own own recipes of smoked cheesy potatoes and cowboy beans. Wednesdays we feature smoked turkey legs. Thursdays are St Louis style pork ribs with rib tips featured on Fridays. Tuesdays are various featured meats such as smoked bologna, sloppy joes, chicken, and ham to name a few. We're just a small mom & pop which means we keep the menu small, portions large, and quality through the roof!
