We source ingredients for quality first, and we source from local farmers and producers whenever possible. We feature a raw bar serving fresh oysters and shrimp flown in 5 days a week from some of the best purveyors on the East Coast.

Our menu showcases top quality grass fed beef and pork straight from Mikey's own Hidden Creek Farm in New London, WI. The cattle and pigs are antibiotic and hormone free and always raised humanely. So when you see "HCF" on our menu, it means you're getting the good stuff!
