Our meats are smoked on a oyler pit. It is a wood fired pit no gas. We smoke with local hickory. On average most meats are slow smoked for 12 to 16 hours. We take pride and great effort to give you the best food we can offer. I tell everyone I wont serve you anything I wont sit down right next to you and eat myself. We also offer catfish, hand cut steaks, shrimp, burgers, and all our pies are homemade

The Turkeyville story began in 1943. Grandpa (Wayne) Cornwell was from the city and when he married Grandma (Marjorie) he decided to try his hand at farming. They decided to raise cows but 1943 was a difficult year when things weren’t going very well and the cows got sick.
