It took two months for Dan Pfeiffer & friends to remodel this1890 butcher shop that didn't have a single square level wall or floor in the building's entire structure. The project required that six tons of concrete be busted out due to the sloped concrete floor that was 21’’ out of square. The prior purpose of the sloped floor was to allow the blood and water to run out of the building. Dan then built a sub floor out of 2×6 wolmanized wood to support an antique pine floor.
