Stuff'n Mallows is a local specialty foods company in Fort Collins, CO. We make an innovative snack that puts a delicious twist on the traditional s'more. After many hours in the kitchen we have figured out a way to infuse chocolate into our handmade marshmallows, eliminating the problem of cold chocolate on s’mores. We now make them in three flavors, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, and Creme De Menthe. Our goal is to bring family and friends together to enjoy the outdoors with a s'more like never before.
Stuft opened in 2010 in beautiful Old Town Fort Collins. After 2 years of business we opened our second location in wonderful Windsor, CO, then our third in 2014 in Downtown Greeley.

The Colorado Room is a new college bar, fast service restaurant, and hang out. Featuring slow cooked meat sandwiches, wings, poutine, and made from scratch sides, all by local chef David Richter. We will also be serving Colorado's finest local craft beer and spirits. TCR will feature local art on the wall, and sell unique goods (hats, jewelry, and accessories) hand crafted from local designers.
