This restaurant business was founded by Saengduen Soule in 1997. Saeng was born in Korat, Thailand and came to America to finish her high school education and received permanent citizenship within the states. She brought with her the traditional Thai cuisine she learned from her mother and grandmother. The culture of Thailand can be truly experienced through the authenticity of her cooking. She does not shy away from the rich spices of her home city in Thailand and will always push for the most authentic and quality cuisine.
