Welcome to Koch’s Bakery, Chattanooga’s oldest full line retail bakery. We are an old fashioned, made from scratch family bakery. We have an extensive line of products such as doughnuts, danish, assorted pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies. Many of our items are baked or fried daily, many we bake as holiday items, and others are baked on special order. We custom decorate birthday cakes and cookies and we have a large variety of special occasion decorations for cakes including many designs that we make out of icing right on the cake.
