Black Beer'd comes from an idea we conceived when attending the launch of the amazing Jack Black Brewery in Diepriver earlier this year. The idea of supporting a local craft beer house and incorporating their high-end product into ours, led us on this food trailer journey. We have sourced incredible fresh Hake from one of our local fisheries and perfected a beer batter recipe which we hope you will enjoy as much as we do.
