this is a one day pork rib BBQ cook-off. wood, charcoal, and gas may be used but no electric smokers. meat will be furnished by the organizers on day of event. This will be a judged competition with cash prizes paid to top 4 plus people's choice. We are looking for 15 professional or amateur cookers.
