Vegan Canteen is an organic, mostly gluten free, and plant based meal delivery service based in Montreal.

We offer a wide variety of healthy and nutritious vegan and gluten free meals and deliver them to your home or office. We are here to help you save time with work lunches and meal planning and bring you convenience.

Vegan Canteen is owned and operated by Sophia Banks. Sophia has worked in professional kitchens for 20 years and has a passion for food and food fermentation.

We believe in fair wages and using quality ingredients. We believe in food sustainability and the importance of supporting a sustainable and fair food chain.

We are also now offering workshops in vegan cheese making and food fermentation and culturing.

We are also available for catering and recipe development.
