The Sweet Retreat has been in beautiful Bright for nearly 12 years. Before becoming The Sweet Retreat, it was first called Oliver Twists and then Ma Humbugs. The actual sweet shop has been in Bright for almost 24 years.
We specialise in all things naughty, wicked and indulgent!!!! With coffees and hot chocolates made with a artistic flair, iced drinks, Belgian and European hot chocolates, handmade chocolates, cakes and slices, sweets & chocolates from around the world and now also serving icecream, we are the shop that will have something for everyone :) we even have unique gifts such as t-pots, cookie jars and cups.
