Our philosophy
* Vegan Activated food
Activated food means living food, made in a specific way and specific materials, so that its vitality remains high and does not take energy during digestion. Activated food has kept its digestive enzymes or added naturally digestive enzymes to digest the food easily and to maximize its nutrients. This has immediate effects (we do not feel sluggish after a meal) and indirectly (the food will be broken down properly, the nutrients will be absorbed to the maximum, and will not leave toxins in the body).
In our "SOLAR KITCHEN" we make sure that our food is activated and you will find that our menu has the following features:
1. "Alive" meals: The ingredients are fresh and raw, semi-baked or freshly baked. Never frozen, precooked, reheated or processed. Our sauces are homemade, made in the day or raw.
2. "tuned” Meals: The materials are local or from neighboring countries. Nothing that makes days to come, from countries where our body can not co-ordinate.
3. Easy-to-digest meals: combinations of materials, spices and aromas are chosen not only to give a distinct taste but also to add to the digestive process.

ενεργοποιημένο φαγητό
Ενεργοποιημένο φαγητό σημαίνει ζωντανή τροφή, φτιαγμένη με συγκεκριμένο τρόπο και συγκεκριμένα υλικά , ώστε η ζωτικότητα της να μείνει υψηλή και να μην παίρνει ενέργεια κατά τη χώνεψη. Το ενεργοποιημένο φαγητό έχει κρατήσει τα πεπτικά του ένζυμα ή του έχουν προστεθεί πεπτικά ένζυμα, έτσι ώστε να χωνεύουμε εύκολα την τροφή και να απορροφούμε στο μέγιστο τα θρεπτικά συστατικά της. Αυτό έχει άμεσα αποτελέσματα (δεν νιώθουμε νωθρότητα μετά το γεύμα) και έμμεσα (η τροφή θα διασπαστεί σωστά, τα θρεπτικά συστατικά θα απορροφηθούν στο μέγιστο, και δεν θα αφήσει τοξίνες στο σώμα).
Στο «SOLAR KITCHEN» φροντίζουμε τα φαγητά μας να είναι ενεργοποιημένα γι αυτό και θα βρείτε ότι το μενού μας έχει τα εξής χαρακτηριστικά:
1. «Ζωντανά» γεύματα : Τα υλικά είναι φρέσκα και ωμά , ημιψημένα ή φρεσκοψημένα. Ποτέ κατεψυγμένα, χθεσινά, επεξεργασμένα. Οι σάλτσες μας είναι σπιτικές , φτιαγμένες -όσο γίνεται- ωμοφαγικές.
2. «Συντονισμένα» γεύματα : Τα υλικά είναι τοπικά ή από γειτονικές χώρες. Τίποτα που κάνει μέρες να φτάσει , από χώρες που το σώμα μας δεν μπορεί να συντονιστεί.
3. Ευκολοχώνευτα γεύματα : οι συνδυασμοί υλικών , μπαχαρικών και αρωματικών έχουν επιλεχθεί όχι μόνο για να δίνουν ξεχωριστή γεύση, αλλά και να προσθέτουν στην πεπτική διαδικασία.
Έτσι μετά από κάθε γεύμα νιώθουμε ζωντάνια !
