Steve Sazama, alias Saz opened Saz's State House in March 1976. Saz created a first rate restaurant and sports bar in the inviting, historic building on State Street featuring his award winning Barbecued Ribs. The signature BBQ Pork Sandwich, initially developed for Milwaukee's festivals, became a restaurant favorite.
Over the years Saz's State House has become THE place to be before and after Brewers, Bucks, Marquette and Admirals games with our complimentary shuttle running to and from most of these teams' home games. Saz's is a natural part of any sport night. Saz's - The Finest.
