Established in 1910, the Royal Hotel Canowindra is built on the site of Robinson's Hotel which was established in the early 1850s. The pub became famous in 1863 when bushranger Ben Hall and his gang held the towns folk hostage inside the pub.

The Royal offers everything that a great pub should: bar, beer garden, restaurant, counter meals and accommodation.
