Roses Grill and Bar is an Open Door Seafood Restaurant in the heart of Caye Caulker. It is Opened for Lunch & Dinner everyday and all year round.
We Offer the fresh catches of the day, which is out on display. This display is a live visual based menu for you to select exactly what you want. Once Selected your seafood is placed directly on the grill which uses local charcoal made from quality wood that creates a beautiful aroma that fills the air.
Roses offers a variety of seafood including shell fishes, local fishes and other delicacies. While we specialize in Seafood we do however, offer meat and vegetable dishes which is a small part of the menu.
