Thank you for checking us out! We appreciate your support of a locally owned small business! John and Jill Leonetti are the owners of Prohibition Gastropub. Jill is from Spokane, and attended Shadle Park High School. John, a self described Army Brat born in Germany, serves as the executive Chef of Prohibition. John attended Le Cordon Bleu in Portland and is classically trained in French, Italian, and Mediterranean Cuisine. The couple had been looking for a place to open for the past few years when the opportunity to buy this location came up. The Leonetti's employ about 8 people including employees that came to us through The Artisans and Skils'kin. In the little 10 x 10 kitchen the team works hard to make almost all menu items by hand.
