Plate me is: ready made, shelf stable meals aimed primarily at the corporate athlete as well as the 'weekend warrior'. Our meals are shelf stable, meaning they do not need a fridge or freezer and come in a box with a pouch of meat and sauce and a pouch of rice and chia. They are heated in the pouch using a microwave or a pot of boiling water.
