Pine Hills is a family owned business committed to excellence. Unique to Central Illinois, Pine Hills is nestled in the Covel Creek Valley and is surrounded by thousands of trees. The course began as Ottawa Country Club and came to its South location in exchange for an original Naplate site purchased by Libby Owens-Ford in the 1920's. Pine Hills Golf Course was designed by Thomas Bendelow and opened in 1924. Bendelow was the designer of many famous golf courses including Medinah and Olympia Fields in Illinois. Pine Hills offers a one of a kind experience of golfing in nature and poses a challenge to both the beginner and the seasoned golfer. Private and group golf lessons are available at Pine Hills. The Club offers an easy, family friendly atmosphere and includes a Pro Shop, casual dining area with panaromic views of the course, outdoor patio and a comfortable bar. Pine Hills proudly serves Pan & Thin crust pizza, homemade pork tenderloins, a full dinner menu and much, much more!
