Αποτελεί μια προσπάθεια να ανακαλύψουμε τα μυστικά και να απολαύσουμε τα οφέλη της κρητικής διατροφής, να βασίσουμε την κουζίνα μας στα αγνά και φυσικά προϊόντα της κρητικής γης και να αναδείξουμε αρώματα και γεύσεις που έχουν ξεχαστεί.

Ο χώρος μας, ανοιχτός από το πρωί έως το βράδυ. Έχει στόχο να προσφέρει μια ολοκληρωμένη εμπειρία που βασίζεται στην ποιότητα, τη διαφορετικότητα και την αξία του τρόπου ζωής των Κρητών.

Φέραμε το «κρητικό σπίτι» δίπλα σας, στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, με σύγχρονη αισθητική και λειτουργία, διατηρώντας όμως αρχαίες και παραδοσιακές μεθόδους, όπως την τροφοσυλλογή και τον τρόπο παρασκευής των πιάτων μας, για να θυμηθούμε τις γεύσεις και τα αρώματα του κρητικού γαστρονομικού πλούτου.

Peskesi restaurant in Heraklion Crete, offers Authentic Cretan Cuisine. Peskesi is an effort to discover the secrets and enjoy the benefits of the Cretan diet. Our cuisine is based on pure and natural products of the Cretan land and our aim is to highlight the traditional Cretan aromas and flavors that have been forgotten.

Peskesi is open from morning till late and aims to provide an integrated experience based on the quality, the diversity and the value of the Cretan lifestyle.

We brought the traditional "Cretan house" near you in the center of Heraklion, with modern aesthetics and functionality while retaining ancient traditional methods, such as food-gathering and meal preparations.
