PCARA holds three signature events each year, its Spring & Autumn Cocktail Contests and Savor the Summit.

Savor the Summit is a summer dining experience featuring a nearly mile-long 'Grande Table' staged down the middle of Main Street. The Grande Table provides exquisite dining to more than 2,000 diners in the heart of this Rocky Mountain ski town known for its unique restaurants and comfortable environment.

The Cocktail Contests invite area bartenders to mix, mash and create drinks, while expert judges enjoy uncovering the concoction that best captures the spirit of the season in Park City.
