We pasture raise our heritage turkeys and steer right here in the Upper Peninsula. No antibiotics. Happy turkeys are healthy and tasty turkeys! Choose a turkey that is fresh from the farm or USDA inspected and frozen. Frozen turkeys can be shipped anywhere in the US.
We also raise a small number of steer each year. These steer are grass fed and sold by the half or whole. Hanging weight ranges from 225-275 pounds per half. Because we work with Rainbow Packing, Inc in Escanaba, your beef will be butchered and packaged to your specifications.
Syrup is made each spring from the sap that runs from our maple trees. Sap is cooked over a wood fire and bottled for your breakfast table.
