The Merlin is a traditional local pub based in Billingham. We serve freshly prepared, home cooked style food daily from 12:00pm.

The Merlin in Billingham is a good old fashioned pub with something for everyone, with a warm and traditional welcome from both the staff and regulars.

We serve food from 12:00pm every day, including our locally famous Parmo (a Teesside delicacy!) and a wide range of other pub favourites all prepared from fresh ingredients in our kitchen by our team of chefs. Another Merlin classic is our traditional Sunday lunch, which is very popular and offers fantastic value for money.

We have two sides of our well stocked bar, and we serve a range of coffees and non alcoholic drinks as well as the usual lagers, beers, real ales, spirits and alcopops. We have a darts area with two dartboards, a pool table, three bandit machines and a beer garden for when the sun shines.

Monday Evenings: Our darts team competes in the Billingham & District League, 8:00pm start - new players always welcome.

Tuesday Evenings: Our pool team competes in the Billingham & District League, 8:00pm start - new players always welcome.

Wednesday Evenings: DJ Robbo playing a great mix of pop. dance, rock, indie and R&B kicking off at 8:00pm till 11:30pm.

Thursday Evenings: The Merlin quiz with quizmaster Kenny - starts at 9:00pm, £1.00 per sheet with a play your cards right style challenge, cash and beer token prizes.

Friday Evenings: DJ Carter playing a great range of hits from 8:00pm till 12:30am

Saturday Evenings: Live bands, duos and entertainment.

Sunday Evenings: DJ Robbo playing 80s, 90s, 00s and more from 4:00pm till 7:30pm, then The Merlin general knowledge quiz with quizmaster Kenny starting at 9:00pm.
