At Louie Mueller Barbecue, we make all our dishes from scratch following cherished family recipes. Our incredible Beef Sausages are hand mixed and stuffed on site, and our Dino-Ribs are the meatiest beef ribs in all of Texas! We’re famous for our real pit barbecue. Known by many as our "calling card," our all-beef brisket is our most popular selection. Our brisket is made fresh daily, prepared with a salt and pepper rub. The briskets are then slow cooked in 50 year-old horizontal brick and steel pits using post oak wood. It's melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
