Hudson Valley BBQ was born from necessity.
A huge focus on Vegan BBQ Products like Vegan Jerky, Beet Burnt Ends, and Smoked Seitan Wings coupled with an emphasis on classic BBQ Techniques.
To go with our vegan and non meat products, we have meat products as well. Our focus with these products is providing locally sourced meats with classic restaurant preparations for your home use.

Imagine having smoked brisket at your favorite deli, sliced thin and sold by the pound. Look for us in stores all over the Hudson Valley and the capital district. From organic vegetable based products, to locally sourced meats, we are coming to your neighborhood. If you don't see our products in your favorite market, let them know.
Wedding Catering is also a huge part of our business. From the greater Hudson Valley to the Berkshires and Vermont, we create custom menus with emphasis on comfort foods made from locally sourced products.
