Houdas Kitchen has been my dream since childhood.
My mother Houda has always had an open kitchen and food was plentiful. It was here I would watch and help her cook for her family and friends and the many parties held at home. Therefore I was taught traditional Lebanese recipes passed down through many generations.
On completion of culinary school in Beirut Lebanon I migrated to Australia and over the last 23 years I have owned and managed Various restaurants
Houda's kitchen is an opportunity for me now to express and share my love of traditional Lebanese and Italian cuisines.
Please feel at home as if you were sitting in Houda's kitchen where there is always love laughter and plenty of food.
