HiR Fine Dining is an intimate jungle dining experience for up to 12 people. Dinners last 3 hours and are scheduled from 5 - 8pm.

Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, international chefs create discovery menus HiR. Every dinner has between 6 and 10 courses. Everywhere possible, our produce are organic and locally sourced. Dinner are scheduled for 3-5h depending on chef and menu. With only 8 seats, each guests receives 100% of the chef's attention. In the Jungle of Costa Rica, HiR gives you a private and intimate setting to focus on the subtle and refined food you're eating.
MENU - The menu varies with special events and chefs. Culinary Adventure HiR range from $95 to $160.
RESERVATION ONLY - Minimum 2 people. Shuttle service can be arranged for a small additional fee.
PAYMENT - Culinary adventures are paid in advance. Payment methods include Debit / Credit card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
