Food truck Friday in Central Park Carthage Mo is the second Friday of each month till October. Food vendors, beer garden, and music from 12pm to 9pm.
Created in 2016 by mobile food chef, Caleb Stiles of The Lunch Boxtruck, Food Truck Friday quickly became a community favorite. With over a dozen trucks at each event, Food Truck Friday offers food, entertainment, and new family traditions in the shady atmosphere of Carthage Central Park. In 2017, the Carthage Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, working with Caleb Stiles and the Food Truck Friday committee, hosts the event and hopes to bring more sponsors, art and entertainment to the Central Park on the second Friday of each month.
Food Truck Friday is great for company picnics at lunch and linger longer for family fun in the evening. Visit Central Park on the second Friday of each month from noon to 9 pm in Carthage.
