Ebb and Flow Café grows and uses local, organic, seasonal produce to create food inspired from around the world. We use excellent Coffee roasted locally by 'The Tattooed Sailor Coffee Roasters'. We believe that good health and healing begins with what you eat and drink and have a passion for serving innovative and wholesome foods and drinks. We also love to share our knowledge about foods and plants and their health and healing properties.

Cultural Respect.
Ebb and Flow acknowledges and respects the Djiru people on whose land we live and work. We endeavour to provide opportunities for people from the local Indigenous community and support initiatives and events relating to Indigenous development. We respect and draw inspiration from Indigenous peoples and minority groups across the globe.

Our intent is to improve the quality of life in our local communities and in those around the world where our products are produced. We actively source a range of fairly produced products and choose to work with suppliers and growers who provide fair working conditions. Ebb and Flow has a commitment to providing a work environment where the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees are valued.

Sustainable Production.
We recognize the important role that every person plays at each stage in transforming the best quality ingredients from nature into the beautiful food and drinks served at Ebb and Flow Café. We actively support organic and biodynamic farming through our commitment to sustainable agriculture, by expanding the market for organic food products. We reject industrialized and destructive production methods and align ourselves with Nature’s contributions and design.
