My earliest memories of coffee were of the aromas lifting from my Italian grandmother's kitchen. Thus, her maiden name, Doria, seemed fitting for this venture in which we lift the eyelids and spirits of our customers with top-notch Italian style espresso and rich French press coffees.
Our stovetop espresso makers have a special valve that delivers extra pressure to the heated liquid and aerates the wonderful coffee elixir, creating a rich, creamy froth.
We've recently added a new human-powered espresso machine that is perfect for our mobile coffee cart and produces the same wonderfully, rich espresso shots!
