Daisy Dining is a bespoke caterer in the stunning Daylesford and Hepburn Springs area and a member of DMP, Daylesford Macedon Produce. Specializing in small private events and personalize dinners in the privacy of your own setting. Imagine a restaurant coming to you. In Daisy world anything is possible including Daisy’s Elegant Taking it Away Menu, gourmet take away delivered to your door to a concierge service offering shopping for your arrival and breakfast delivery. I look after groups from 2 -18, and have menus to suit or am happy to customise a menu for you.
At Daisy Dining, I am passionate about food, and where is comes from. I work very closely with suppliers and love to see how and where the produce is grown and/or raised. I have a strong love of Traditional and French Cooking.
Within the district we have such a vast choice of produce . Our distinct four seasons gives me such an opportunity to develop dishes specific to each season . Highlighting the Regions finest produce.
