I am a proudly South African Chef, whose exploring every possible corner of the culinary world.Gaining as much experience and knowledge as I possibly can!

Chef Dewet Visser


Studied at the South African Chefs Academy in Cape Town, South Africa. Following my graduation, I was employed by The Saxon Boutique Hotel & Spa in Sandton, Johannesburg. Here I worked under Executive Chef David Higgs, who's a wonderful mentor and chef. I worked as a Demi CDP in the fish section as well as breakfast. I was also a part time personal chef, working for MBW Art.
I am currently awaiting my departure to Palm Beach Florida to go work at the Breakers Hotel.
In the meantime I am developing my new website and experimenting with ingredients and recipes.
