To εστιατόριο μας CARISSIMO ξεκίνησε την λειτουργία του το καλοκαίρι του 1986, στη περιοχή Αργάσι Ζακύνθου, έως το καλοκαίρι του 2010. Στις αρχές του 2014 αποφασίσαμε να επαναδραστήριοποιηθούμε στην περιοχή του Αλυκανά, μια τοποθεσία ιδανική για όμορφες και αξέχαστες διακοπές.

Η επιχείρηση μας όντας οικογενειακή, έχει ως σκοπό τη διατήρηση της Ζακυνθινής κουζίνας και παράδοσης. Στο εστιατόριο μας θα βρείτε παραδοσιακά ΄΄ντόπια΄΄ πιάτα καθώς και μια μεγάλη ποικιλία από τη διεθνή κουζίνα χρησιμοποιώντας καθημερινά αγνά παραδοσιακά ΄΄ντόπια΄΄ υλικά που τα προμηθευόμαστε απευθείας από τοπικούς παραγωγούς.

Our restaurant CARISIMO began operation in the summer of 1986, in Argassi Zakynthos, until the summer of 2010. In early 2014 we decided to reactivate in the area of Alykes, an ideal location for beautiful and memorable holiday.

Our restaurant as a family business aims to preserve the local cuisine and tradition. In our restaurant you will find traditional local dishes and a wide variety of international cuisine with the use of local ingredients from local producers we ensure that your meal will be tastefull and flavor full with the mediterrenean tradition.
